Return & Exchanges


If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we know you will be!), we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site within 14 days of original purchase for a store credit only.

Unfortunately, no credit will be received if items are defected and/or not in it's original condition. A $7 shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

After 14 days, we will not be able to accept any returns on any purchases.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; we do not provide return labels.

If you live in the Memphis area, feel free to stop by our retail store for returns.

Online returns can only be processed Monday - Saturday in store.

Once the return has been processed, a store credit will be issued and kept on file. Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime Monday - Saturday in store. If you see an item online you'd like to purchase using store credit, please call the store, email us or DM us via Instagram and we will gladly help you out!

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

However, you may place a new order online for a replacement item and return the original. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount in the form of store credit. Please allow up to three days for your return to be processed and a credit be placed.
