Return & Exchanges
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
You will have until January 14th to return your items for exchange or store credit. SORRY, NO REFUNDS. You must still have your invoice. Management has the right to refuse any exchange if the garment has been worn or washed.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we know you will be!), we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. If purchased online, the return must be post marked on or before Jan. 14th to be eligible to receive store credit.Â
Unfortunately, no credit will be received if items are defected and/or not in its original condition.
After 14 days, we will not be able to accept any returns on any purchases.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; we do not provide return labels.

Online returns can only be processed Monday - Saturday in store.
Online SALE items are FINAL SALE.Â
Once the return has been processed, a store credit will be issued via email or text and filed under your account. Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime online or in-store.
Exchanges:Â At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
However, you may place a new order online for a replacement item and return the original. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount in the form of store credit. Please allow up to three days for your return to be processed and a credit be placed.
